Job Description

Spearhead marketing activities, public relations and communications at a regional level to improve the Ujjivan brand and customer base and thereby support business growth.
Serve as link between the corporate marketing team and the branches by executing the firms strategies at a regional level.

Drive the regional marketing initiatives in line with the marketing strategy of Ujjivan under guidance of corporate marketing team
Support the regional teams in all local marketing activities and activation with a view to enhance prospecting and sales in the regions/ branches
Program manage the implementation of marketing initiatives of the region; manage a MIS of branches with marketing initiatives mapped, ensure adherence to timelines
Plan and oversee the advertising and promotional activities via print, digital and direct mail mediums within the region
Collaborate with digital marketing team to conceptualize and execute digital marketing initiatives for the region
Liaise with marketing agencies, ad agencies, local media in driving the regional marketing initiatives
Conduct dipstick surveys to track and evaluate the market responsiveness in the region for corporate strategies to assess and adapt to the regions responses.
In collaboration with the business team, assess the product success vis--vis marketing initiatives, collect data on the same and provide to analytics team for decision making in the future
Monitor and analyze gathered market data to identify regional opportunities for capturing further market share and increasing the customer base.
Scan the industry landscape and marketing environment, it identify & recommend innovative ways of reaching out to the customer.
Gather data from the analytics team on volume, product mix, market share, etc. and compare and assess the actual market performance against the set objectives.
Based on annual operating plan for the region, draft regional marketing budget and submit to the Head of Marketing for finalization; adhere to the regional monthly budgets set by the corporate marketing team
Contribute in corporate marketing meetings on marketing strategies and programs that include pricing, distribution, advertising and promotion.
Acquire customer feedback to assess customer satisfaction in the region and identify new customer needs in the market.
Develop, maintain and manage critical vendor relationships and related contracts.
Internal Process
Ensure that all the communications, logos, branding initiatives follow the corporate marketing norms
Coordinate with central marketing team to ensure timely delivery of appropriate product/marketing collated to branches/field staff
Adhere to regulator guidelines the firms marketing policies, procedures and standard practices.

Ensure adherence to training man-days/ mandatory training programs for self and reportees.
