Job Requirement :
Graduate, preferably in Agri/Allied Sciences, Post-graduation/ PGDBA/ MBA in Rural Management will be an added advantage
Minimum 6-8 years of experience covering assets (agri and allied activity loans) and cross-sell in rural areas in a bank/ rural business focused.
a) Asset Products- managing Kisan Credit Card, Agri Enterprise Loans, other secured loans
b) Cross-sell of liability products and third party products
Formation/leveraging Farmers clubs for business
a. Formation of farmers club one per branch
b. Deepen relationship with the existing Farmer Club Members for cross-selling Ujjivans products as per the profile & need of the customers
Developing and maintaining rapport with key persons/ opinion makers of the village.
Looking for Early Warning Signals of distress in the asset business for the allocated area and informing the same to corporate team for timely corrective action.
