-Underwrite open market & high ticket size Individual loans- Business, Livestock, Home Improvement through Personal Discussion
-Ensure complaince to KYC norms, policy criteria & documentation. Thorough assessment of Repayment Capacity, Cash Flow, Character alongwith Bureau Check, Reference check, Third Party verification & other related checks on field
-Execute action plans of Needs Improvement and Meets Expectation branches in co-ordination with business team
-Monitoring the STP of the assigned branches & ensuring increasing trend of the same though regular trainings
-Observation & escalation of cases where breach/deviation of policy & process (During PD/LUC/OD visit) & coordination with Audit and Vigilance for necessary & timely action
-Keeping Credit stage TAT in check: Close coordination with branch staff to ensure smooth flow of application and backend credit activities
-Timely escalation of deviations with proper recommendation and response on branch & customers queries & issues etc.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 4,00,000 PA.
